ONE

There are unmistakable moments in life that force you to reconsider all over again the core of what you believe to be true. Assumptions that we might easily have taken for granted are now questions that we can’t help but ask. We are daring to believe that there are answers to these questions that we can build a life around, foster a community around, and that provide deep hope for greater days ahead.

These are some of the answers that we are rediscovering all over again: there is ONE God, ONE Church, ONE Message, and ONE Mission. If you find yourself asking hard questions in the midst of difficult circumstances you are not alone. Let’s look for answers together.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Conversations about race, wealth, and gender are gospel-oriented, Jesus-centered conversations. May the grace and courage of Jesus be our guide as we humbly host these critical topics in honor of the ONE who has entrusted to us His message of reconciliation.

This next season of growth at Harpeth Hills requires special attention; therefore, we dedicated not only Sunday sermons to the study, but also Bible classes on Sunday morning and Wednesday night to dive deeper into understanding.
