New-to-Harpeth Hills Retreat

Arrive Friday night between 5-7:30pm. Depart Saturday at 4pm.
Sign-Up Deadline is April 7.

If you have come to Harpeth Hills since the beginning of 2021, we hope you will join us!

You can come Friday night and Saturday or only Saturday from 10am-4pm, whatever is best for you!

Cost:
Friday and Saturday- $25 per person or $100 per family (breakfast and lunch)
Saturday only- $10 per person or $40 per family (lunch)

If you have over four family members, only register for four. You may list them all later in the registration process.
We do not want the cost to prohibit anyone from coming. There are scholarships available.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1) Bunk room (gender specific rooms with heat/air and attached bathroom)
2) Individual rustic cabin (bunkbeds, sleeps up to ten, no heat/air, and uses a nearby bathhouse)
3)There are a few rooms that sleep 2-4 that are heated with attached bathrooms. These will be reserved for families with babies or families who need accommodation.

What to bring:
Bedding for twin size bed
Towel and toiletries
Games
Play clothes

We will spend our time getting to know each other through games/activities for all ages, eating together, story telling, and art.
