The name is appropriate, the paradox intentional. How could anything about this day be described as good? And yet somehow everything about this day is good…unthinkably good…undeservedly good. So despite our inclinations to turn aside, we take the time to examine, to remember, to reflect.

This year we have a unique opportunity to do just that. A slow walk on a wooded trail with stops along the way that focus our attention on the details of those last days, those final hours. A thoughtful experience for all ages that describes again what Jesus has done for us. Only in the design of a merciful God could the events of this day be called good.
