Thank you for your generosity! It was fantastic to watch people pull up to the church building one after the other and unload supplies into the trailer today. By 7pm tonight, it was full! Seeing so many from our church, our neighborhood, and people who just happened to drive by with donations and were looking for a place to donate was a blessing. We’re also thankful to those who hand-delivered checks.
Robert Day received a donation of 14,000 lbs. of sports drinks and water from PepsiCo. He was also able to purchase some supplies from Costco.
Robert will drive a box truck full of supplies and, in the morning, follow Dave Aston pulling the church trailer full of supplies to Banner Elk, NC.
Let’s all pray for safe travels and, of course, continue to pray for those impacted by the storm.
