Nick Dorroll is on his way to Banner Elk, NC with a load of equipment to help clear roads.
-Lots of heavy equipment is needed to clear roads and repair electrical lines
-Many areas are still one-lane
-Traffic is flowing in and out of the area
-The City Manager was very grateful for the diapers and food items delivered by Jack Locke.
-Outside Communication is almost non-existent
