Ben Peterson (thebenpeterson.com) is a devoted follower of Jesus, a husband, father, and a combat veteran with a story of faith and resilience. He served in Iraq during the 2008-2009 surge, where he faced the loss of seven brothers, endured daily mortar attacks, and witnessed the tragic aftermath of suicide bombings. As a Chaplain’s assistant, Ben provided personal security and support in the heart of combat.
In 2016, Ben founded Engage Your Destiny, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to supporting military members, veterans, and their families. EYD connects with heroes through impactful events and guides them into programs that provide mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual resources.
