At Harpeth Hills we are serious about protecting our children and teens and the volunteers who serve them. Our goal is to provide a Secure Atmosphere for Everyone (SAFE). Under our SAFE Program, every volunteer is required to pass a background check before working with our children (birth through high school). Background checks are administered by a third party, who maintains confidentiality on all data and personal information.
To keep our records current, we ask all volunteers to authorize a background check every three years. Click here and follow our simple two step process.
